PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Your Home is 50% Complete
The groundwork we lay during pre-construction sets the stage for a smooth homebuilding journey. We collaborate closely with clients and architects during the concept phase to align design with budget expectations. By providing an early rough estimate, we guide the design process to avoid budget overruns. Once the design is finalized, we offer a detailed estimate with vetted bids to manage both budget and expectations effectively.
We take pride in accurate budgeting, scheduling, and clear communication from the outset.
Our projects typically finish within 2% of the contract budget.

Clients can track progress, view specifications, and communicate seamlessly through our software. As we approach completion, our construction management tools efficiently handle punch lists and final requests, guaranteeing a flawless finish and seamless delivery of your new home.
